I haven't found a documented way to determine if the current state of a DBE is activated or inactivated. This means I need to keep track of this myself every time I toggle the state. Just wanted to make sure this is correct and I am not missing anything, as it would be easier to just query the current state of the DBE, if possible! strathglass - Wed Feb 03 14:16:47 EST 2016 |
Re: DBE active/inactive state? I think you need to keep track yourself. (But in most cases I reckon that your desired new active/inactive state depends on something else than the current state? Just of curiosity, what's your implementation for "toggle the state"? If you for example use a toggle DBE, that keeps track for you. ) |

Yes, the new state of my DBE (a checkBox) depends actually on the state of other checkBoxes. I was implementing a set of mutually-exclusive checkBoxes: i didn't want to use a radioBox because I wanted to be able to inactivate options that are not currently valid (depending on the state of other DBEs in the window).
